Lifting of the veil No2 is an expressive representational piece Inspired by an early foggy morning at the Achreon cutting.
An interweaving of rolling hills and ranges emerge from the misty valleys. Long shadows cast along the ground as it’s kissed by early morning light
This piece is expressed via a combination of scrumbling,dry brushing and use of medium allowing the delicate layers of the underlying colours to peek through. The gloss varnish adds depth and vibrancy to the warm tones of the piece.
